This team has been "reactive" instead of "proactive" for years. They'll win a couple games against inferior teams and start feeling better about themselves and then they'll get exposed again by a good team. SOS different year...

It won't change until we purge our coaching staff. Everyone has been tainted by JG, so we need to get rid of him and his bacteria completely.

Banking hard on Antwaun Woods being the answer. That of course begs the question why the other guys are here if they are so horrid?

Trysten Hill, definitely the best second round pick this team has ever had.

Correct. Horrendously late though don't ya think? Where was this talk during training camp or pre season?
I'm sure they talked about and worked on a lot of things in TC and preseason that didn't make headlines. It's natural that it would make the headlines now after some poor performances in the regular season

I had a manly comment but Aaron Jones just scored again.

Agreed. His grip on this team needs to stop. Feel like he is the emperor from Star Wars, just a non aggressive one that claps instead of hurts.

I was listening to his media session yesterday. Idk he doesn't come off very convincing to me. Seems like another rah rah guy who doesn't understand that the other team is scheming his unit to death.

Adapting solutions does work, as does the need to adjust during a game. Other teams aren't stupid...but there is success that accumulates with after event analysis and team level strengths.

Important to note, he said addressed not corrected. So he is not saying it won't happen again he is basically saying we told them what they did wrong and what needs to be done to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Doesn't it mean it won't.

has the one technique been the problem though? I don't really think it has been. Woods should help but I don't think that its been a nose tackle issue.

Means everyone who missed a tackle or failed to shed a block got only one scoop of sprinkles on their sundaes at the Star Buffet instead of two. That'll show 'em.

When you have an owner that hires coaches BEFORE he even hires his new head coach, this is what you're going to get. Until we get another coach in here that can put Jerry in his place (like Parcells did) things will remain the same...

So it took 5 games to address. Until seen on the field, consistently, it is just more coach speak.

When is he going to "address" the lack of jumped routes and forced fumbles? Heck, I'd settle for more tipped passes.

LMAO, is this like congress addressing problems. Addressing ain't fixin'. It's not like this run defense issue hasn't been a problem before. Last game of 2018, first game of 2019 and if they'd shut it down in NO, they might have won that game.

Addressing this in the season isn't as effective as addressing this in the off season and they did very little to address this.

And from watching Richard during games, his idea of addressing is yelling at players. What the hell did anyone expect him to say? "We didn't discuss it. We find if we ignore a problem, it's not really a problem". Any D coach that has his D get gutted for 4 rushing TD's from one back is going to say they addressed it.

LeVeon is a solid test. Let’s see the results

Oops tee-hee
Not behind that O line he’s not. He’s averaging 2.9 ypc and has less than 210 total yards. That’s pathetic.
