The difference is, they were looking for any reason to fire Wade from the beginning to promote Boy Wonder, even when his offense committed 19 turnovers in 8 games, including 8 in the final two, while the Jones family is looking for any excuse to keep The Chosen One...

Stephen Jones is probably more loyal to Garrett than Jerry.

Jerry was also on great terms with Wade and they used to go to the horse races together from what I remember from a pic.

That's a vote of confidence. Stephen sounds like the team just fell to 5-1 after a tough loss to the Patriots.

Anyone who thinks Garrett will be fired during the season is an idiot or delusional.
What's to be gained by that? We are 3-3, still 2 consecutive losses from where we were last season before starting our run, and he wasn't fired at 3-5.
Who are you going to hire that's worth a damn in October?

At the end of the day I'll have my revenge. Jerry will pass away having never won a super bowl on his own. It will eat him up as he passes from this world. I don't wish him ill, I just hope when his times comes he's thinking about never winning on his own. The last face he'll see in his mind's eye is Jimmy's.

They wont fire him during the season unless we completely melt down and begin to lose out which is possible but unlikely. His seat is on a slow cooker and his fate will be determined after the season.
