Yes, every fan has a right to complain, whine, attack players and coaches, and express his or her displeasure, but I find it sad when I have to go to the news zone to read anything about the Eagles game.
It’s one thing to be unhappy for a couple of days after a loss, but as the weekend approaches, the Fan Zone is nothing more than the Drama Zone.

I’ll express my gratitude now for the genius posts that remind me I don’t have to visit Cowboys zone. Thank You!

It’s just sad that a couple days before the Eagles come to town, all the threads are about everything but the game. I’ve seen 5-11 seasons when fans still cared about the upcoming game.

After 25 years of "suck" what is there to post and root for? The FO, Coaches and players embrace losing and mediocrity. This team is sinking to the bottom of the
sour pickle barrel and deserves it. Say hi? to Jerry for me.

Yeah, actually having the guts to say how you feel before something happens. Clearly a foreign concept to you. A coward who hides until after the fact.

LOL, it’s an Internet message board. Literally nothing that happens here involves “guts”, “cowardice”, “bravery”, or anything of the sort.

It is literally a bunch of people anonymously commenting on a game.

"LOL" is right. Act like a coward, in hiding, with nothing to say before the game, and then slither out of your hole after the fact to try to take weak shots at those that do have the courage to say how they feel.

And tell yourself whatever it isn't you need to hear to deal with that cowardice.

And dig up a year old thread - against forum rules - and then claim that it's done "in humor". Are you this big of a fraud in real life or just on this forum?

It is literally a bunch of people anonymously commenting on a game.

Some with guts, some without.

Why is it when someone posts something here that is counter to what another thinks, they have to accuse them of trolling? Cannot you argue the points without getting into this childish name calling or is that because you are not comfortable debating the points?

This web site has the ones that have already given up on one side, the ones that refuse to give up on the other and in the middle are the rest of us waiting to see what's going to happen and how this team is going to respond.

Both of these teams are struggling but they are .500 and their seasons are far from over.
I like to have conversation, most here turn everything into an argument. Not naming names, but there are a few that no matter what you say, they'll argue it to the death. It's annoying.

Some do not like each other and will carry that from thread to thread. Did you ever see the movie "The Duellists"?

LOL, I liked the phrase you threw in there about people taking shots at “those that do have the COURAGE to say how they feel”....,as if making a moronic prediction about the outcome of a football is an act of courage or bravery! lol

It does not take take courage to log onto an anonymous public forum and state moronic predictions as though they’re fact, which is precisely what you did. Plus, this IS a COWBOYS fan forum, so referring to the COWBOYS as a dog that’s about to be put down, while simultaneously gushing over our most hated rival, is definitely grounds for ball busting.

With that being said, I don’t see you making any more of those types of threads, so you must’ve learned your lesson! Glad I could help.

Having the guts to make a call is. So I was wrong? I've been wrong before, I'll be wrong again. But I'd rather have the courage in my convictions to actually take a position. Rather than being a coward who hides and has nothing to say until after the fact, like you for instance. You showed your true colors then, as you do now.

It clearly hurt you. After all, you dig up an old post from a year ago , so it clearly struck a nerve with you.

The only "help" I get from you is what not to do. How not to act. How to not be a coward who doesn't have the guts to say anything until after the fact.

You're "Donny Don't". 'Don't do what Donny Don't does.'

Some fans got very excited when the Cowboys started 3-0 and actually already had us going to the Super Bowl, but I told myself that I wasn’t going to get too excited until they started playing real competition. The fans that got too high on the team early are really pissed about the crash. Many fans are like me where you try to be realistic and stay on an even keel. The game Sunday is important, but we could lose and still win the division. We have the talent, but is it enough to overcome the coaching? I’m still looking forward to watching games this season even if we lose Sunday—-at least until we’re eliminated from the playoffs.

If you're really disgusted...give up Chuck.
Give up what? I don’t understand your meaning. I’ve been a fan since 1967, so there’s no give up on the team or coaches for me. I posted an observation that it’s hard to find anything interesting to read about the team or game because it all seems to be rehashed threads about the coach needing to be fired.

So am I to give up on the forum? What are you suggesting?

For the record, I didn’t consider this a calling people out thread. I wondered why when the same people keep posting the same complaints about the coaches and owner over and over every week, every loss, every win, why that isn’t in the forum designed for that. I don’t want to censor anyone, but I used to come to the Fan Zone and know people would be talking about the previous game, the upcoming game, current events, and a few weird and interesting takes on other topics. I simply find it sad that there’s nothing about football 6 games into the season.

My biggest complaints would be people feeling they need to post their opinion over and over and over day after day in thread after thread. For those wondering why I started the thread and disappeared, I don’t come here to be insulted or to argue. I come to read interesting tidbits and to post my opinions and responses to other ideas. I don’t feel the need to post my opinion multiple times in the same thread.

Up chuck means to throw up. If your really disgusted throw up and get it out of your system.

I guess it was a bad pun and an even worst joke. Didn't mean to upset you. I'm not that type of poster.

12 of the starting threads this week is on Zeke.

You couldn't be more wrong. I actually am a talking cardboard cutout enrolled in the 4th grade in Colorado. And I'm super brave.
