He was ruled out of bounds (knee) so it wasn't challenge-able . GB coach cried about it so the Refs took a look at it.

Was it a touch-back? It sure looked like it, but if the roles were reverse, no way do the Refs do that against GB. They're "all-in" for GB this year.

*Edit* and Rodgers gets a RTP call. Normal.
