Did Moore go to Jerry leading up to the Eagles?

What do you think about jones saying that he is "looking for reasons to keep Garrett"?
Why wouldn't he be looking for reasons? He likes him and he makes Booger feel comfortable and at his age, that is very important to him.

He has no intention of not keeping Garrett and is giving hints out as the season progresses. Booger is not going to take the chance that another HC would make him uncomfortable.

Yeah. I think this game was definitely Moore doing everything. As opposed to the last three, which were Garrett. It was so obvious.
I think Jerry went to JG and told him to stay away from the defense to.

Look how well they played.

I just find it hilarious that he admits that he is having trouble finding reasons to keep him.

He most definitely sabotaged Wade. Multiple players talked about him giving out new play books after he took over.
Not to mention allowing Romo to call plays at the line of scrimmage.

Roy, I never take anything he says at face value because he talks so much and says so many stupid things, I think a lot of that is just to keep the camera and mic on him and running. One thing he's not, quick on his feet, he shoots from the lip because he's scared of dead air. He can't use a pause because he's afraid they'll stop rolling, that's the purpose of the "uhs" as well, so he just says whatever pops into his mind and he answers to no one except Goodell when he's shot his mouth off before to the media.

This is what you get with a guy beholding to no one and bulletproof. He's been notorious for lying in the past, to the point that most radio people and Hansen would use that "but ya know this is Booger Jones" wink, wink after something they've reported. Booger doesn't tell the truth, he tells them what he wants them to know. The other owners would do the same thing if they were loose enough to talk to the media, which is why they don't.

Perhaps Moore, the offensive coordinator, consulted with his head coach, Garrett, and revised the offensive game plan they used in games four though six to what we witnessed Sunday night. It could have happened that way. You never know.
Or.....maybe Garrett called plays in games 1,2,3 and 7 and Moore called plays in games 4,5 and 6????
Hmmmmmm

So how does a coach motivate the players? Is it a big rah rah speech before the game? Is it a promise to take them to CiCi's after the game if they win? These guys aren't pop Warner. These a professional athletes that get paid a lot of money to do their job. If it takes an external source to motivate them, Gawd help them.
Seriously, this is how it was explained to me by 2 time Super Bowl running back. You have to learn how to control the tosterone the energy. You can't play excited out of control it creates penalties. That's why the second half we usually come out and play so much better. Because that initial burst of energy is gone. Motivation is chaos under control.

Very easy to read between the lines with Jerry most of the time. He is clearly struggling to find a way to explain to people why he likes Garrett. His excuse of "comfort" is about the lamest one I have heard. And we know he isn't lying about that because its been 100% obvious. His plea that he "is trying to find reasons to keep Garrett" is embarrassingly pathetic.

If I had a boss and he said that about me, I would feel terrible personally. But it would also make me feel like I couldn't do anything wrong and my job was secure.

Make no mistake about it. Last season we were the youngest starting team in the league. They needed to be motivated. They need to be taught to play as one. Yeah it's a rah-rah before every game. Don't you see the players on the field just before the start of the game trying to get up for it. This is the most emotional game in the world make no mistake about it motivation is a huge huge Factor

Said it during the game, that the Week 1-3 offense was back.

Heck, I be looking for reasons why they keep JG, too...just like Jerry.

Making it up? first 3 weeks the offense looked like yesterday. Wouldnt be the first time Garrett sabotaged someone.

Gee, or maybe we were playing from behind. You do know that when you are behind it limits what you can do on offense as you need to score quickly, right?

Do you even watch football?
