That Jets loss is looking worse by the week

You could ask the same thing of any other coach of any other team.

What coach is just as good as Bellichick?

Dumb question.

For real. I don’t like Garrett at all, but not being as good as the GOAT isn’t damning, it’s just reality.

23 plus years since contending for a championship.

Let it go.

We'll get 'em next year.

its one friggin loss that the week of the loss 17 threads, last week more threads, this week more threads,.. ITS OVER, its in the past, it happens.. move on, one reg season loss isnt worth this much attention..

I sure didn't like losing that game, but I would have been more disturbed by an Eagles' loss.
But, if we lose because of one game, I would look back at the New Orleans game or the games coming up against, say, the Vikes, Pats, Rams, or Eagles.
If we can't win or show up big for those games, the playoffs are a moot point.
I was bothered quite a bit by end of season loss last year to the Colts and to the Rams in the playoffs.

When the Eagles finish 10-6 and the Boys finish 9-7 and out of playoffs, that game will be the reason.
really none of the other 6 looses, I guess those didnt mean anything just the one.. they all count as one loss.. school time, the last loss will be the one that knocks us out.. not week 5..sorry you either r come back from it wit 11 to go or the one that officially eliminates you is the one you want back..

The qb that looked great against us, is blowing big time against the rest of the NFL.
I hope this loss does not come back to bite us big time at the end of the season.
I also, think the other 2 losses against elite ball clubs are as concerning. It says its probable that we finish mediocre wining the division but unable to compete outside the division with the likes of the Packers, Saints, especially since we wont have home field advantage We got a tough 2nd half schedule, so maybe we get are act together get some wins finish 9-7 and get to retain "Carrot" and do it all over again. SF looks to be the most complete team in the NFC. How many more years must we wait before JJ puts a team like that together.

......I'm still sticking with 11-5 or push it to 10-6. THis team is very capable of achieving that. But it needs constant leadership and motivation. Maybe Bennett will bring that rough edge they need..lol. I can see Bennett calling out players, something Garrett has no DNA for.

Possible but we have little room for error. I think for us to get 11-5 we would need to sweep are division. Your only looking at 2 more losses vs this schedule. asking a lot from a Carrot coached team.
at Giants
Viking
at Lions
at Patriots
Bills
at Bears
Ram
at Eagles

That lost was a coaching lost. We never adjusted till the finally moments of the game.

All we did was run up the gut right into their defense.

Then on defense we laid back not putting pressure on Darnold.

Garrett has to be ashamed not having his team prepared for that game. I honestly don't think Garrett even prepares for games and just uses the same exact gameplan for any and all their games.

That loss probably cost us at least the wildcard spots. Imo our only way to the post season is by winning the division.
