That Jets loss is looking worse by the week

It will certainly cost them a shot at a bye week. It’s a signature Garrett loss, get beat by a team that has no business beating them and then Garrett gets praise for rallying the team and getting them to 4-3. The wheel of mediocrity under Garrett continues.

Even worse is the Cowboys should have been able to rest some guys and still win, and they didn't.

My biggest fear is Dallas and Philly both end up with the same record and this Jets game ends up being the difference in making the playoffs.
as long as we don't lose to the eagles if we end up with the same record we own the tiebreaker

Not against the Jets, and not down 31-3 to anyone.

That Sunday, Aikman played what surely was the worst game of his pro career, looking more lost than ever in a hopelessly humiliating loss to the Jets on the New York stage. Losing like that could send Johnson into truth-spewing rages -- and occasionally he would regret what he said to those closest to him.

You probably thought they would lose today too.

They aren’t going to fold. We had better win some of those tough games or we are done. They have a ridiculously easy December schedule.
stop with the theatrics.

stop with the theatrics.

What theatrics?

Everything I said is accurate. We won’t win the division is we can’t win a few of the tough games ahead. The Eagles have an easy schedule for Dec. People expecting this to be a fairly easy walk are fooling themselves.

The lost was putrid the day it happened. We didn't need to see what unfolded after to know how bad it was. Everyone knew Darnold would look like junk when he played real defenses. The same guy who is now being mocked for saying he was seeing ghosts against NE said he felt so comfortable against us because we always do the same things and it was simple to figure out. Embarrassing. A spare QB who was coming off mono destroyed us.

That embarrassment of a game can’t look any worse now than it did then. It’s still a nightmare for us fans to remember. It’s going to come back and bite them unless they miraculously win throughout the rest of the season (which won’t happen. If they do, I’ll go skydiving over Wyoming).

ok....maybe that was a lil strong.

No cake walks to be sure. But after last years 3-5 start, most (including myself) thought we'd lose 4 of the next 5 games. We finished 7-1

The good news is it was an out of conference game, but I agree. The Dallas defense's performance against Sam Darnold was an absolute embarrassment.

Even worse was they could get no pass rush against a horrible line. But that game is history, and I've moved on. Hopefully, the Cowboys will play like they did against Philly the rest of the season.

I have tried moving on but the next week after seeing him play against others it gets worse.

The qb that looked great against us, is blowing big time against the rest of the NFL.
I hope this loss does not come back to bite us big time at the end of the season.

If it does, we'll deserve it. You simply can't lose that game.

It won't but loosing 3straight games will. If anything loosing against both the Saints and Packers will hurt this team the most.

I love how Fan Boys will point to random wins...remember when we beat the Saints on the road?!?!?!?.....but then get all angry if you talk about how losing to a bad team might come back to haunt us.

Let it go (if it's negative about the Cowboys)

We can beat anyone on any given day ( if it's positive)

Narrative at its finest.
