I disagree. Out of the three games we lost, maybe the GB game was due to defense. All other games was due to offense making dumb mistakes and/or key players on offense being injured.

If anything, DT upgrade would make a more impact than a SS IMHO.

I’d love a dt as well. But I’ve wanted a great safety for ever. And I think (much like I thought about Earl) that he would push the defense to another level. Also better defense presumably means better starting field position for the offense to help avoid some of the issues from the losses (other than fluky turnovers).

Again, if the Eagles give up a bunch of picks for a SS when they don't really have an issue at SS compared to their woefully bad CBs and not so good WRs, then LOL.

Good luck with that Philly. We have a real need a SS. They don't.
