Cowherd just asked him again the chances Adams will be on the Cowboys by the end of the day. He said Adams will most likely be on another team, but not necessarily the Cowboys.

Yes, their greater need is CB ... and I expect them to land one before the trade deadline.

I'll be surprised if we end up with Adams because the price will be too high for us but not for someone else.

We got Cooper when his stock was low, essentially. There are no questions about Adams' play.

I know but is Adams the answer to us at least getting to the NFC championship game and then who knows...Tricky one for sure.

Jay Glazer just got a text right now during his interview with Cowherd regarding Adams, apparently another team is HUGE in on Adams as well. He didn’t want to say who it was. We may get out bid for him...

I’d love a dt as well. But I’ve wanted a great safety for ever. And I think (much like I thought about Earl) that he would push the defense to another level. Also better defense presumably means better starting field position for the offense to help avoid some of the issues from the losses (other than fluky turnovers).

I'm all for having a better defense but if we are giving up a 1st and a 2nd, I would prefer getting the DT over a SS.

broncos want a 2nd for chris harris. that would make more sense for their team.

This is going to be one of those situations where another team nabs him and the compensation proves to be less than what's being thrown around.

I know you don't want to believe and you have good reason to, but I think they realize that everything is falling into place for them now and they have to do it.

They can get by with what they have on the DL now, but you can't make a SB run with Jeff Heath in your starting lineup.
