If anyone wonders why Garrett needs to go, this game is why

The big things that a HC is supposed to do, Garrett is horrible at. Nothing more than a pal around players coach.

So when Parcells said he don't coach penalties, what does that mean? So was he suppose to bench a leader last night in a crucial game? How do you know what happened after the game, you have no idea if he was a pal to them or not.

Maybe you should ask Parcells?

Well we know that nothing happened at halftime because the discipline got worse. And we saw that nothing happened during the game because Garrett did absolutely nothing. Didn't challenge any player.

I believe the MAIN point here is not how we finished the game, but how they STARTED it. Clap is notorious for being totally unprepared after taking a bye OR getting that fresh week off before the PO's....remember 2016 and Green Bay! Yea we crawled back into that one to, but the difference is blinding, THAT was a good team in GB and Rodgers, we got lucky the vagiants just flat out suck and are still missing pieces to compete and stay in a game.

It was sad to watch how undisciplined this team is. Dumb dumb penalties over and over again. And it was leaders like Jaylon, Lawrence, Quinn, ect....ect.... doing a lot of it.

And Garrett sat there and did NOTHING but shake his head and pat fannies.

Dallas even came out at halftime and NOTHING changed. And the Cowboys were talking smack all game long like they had something to brag about. All this with 3 and 5 point leads at times.

After the game all the announcers were disgusted at how much talent the Cowboys had, but how sloppy they play. A few guys directly referencing Garrett and the coaching.

like Jerry said this morning, some times you have to protect and stand up for other players. Apparently you weren’t watching what was going on with Hernandez and what he was doing away from the play to instigate.

Bro, I actually saw Garrett trying to motivate everyone on the sidelines during the 1st Half when they were down 12 - 3.

Looks like it worked since the Offense scored 34 more points and the Defense held the Giants to 6 more points gained the rest of the way.

I say... give me more clapping, Carrot Top!:clap::flagwave:

So do you know nothing happened after the game? do you know whether or not they were fined? You dont even lnow what was said or done on the sidelines because its not likebthe cameras are fixated on the coaches, you also don't knowing anything was said at halftime.
Again, so did you want him to bench Smith,DLaw,Quinn,Woods?

I agree that a team, coming off of a bye, should look significantly sharper and more prepared than Garrett coached teams...and this has indeed been a pattern that is beyond disturbing. I think Jerry’s post game interview spoke volumes, particularly his choice of words “winning in spite of penalties and mistakes” or something akin to that. I think that’s a direct indictment of coaching, and Jerry was intentional in his comments. This team is poorly prepared, lacks discipline, and makes horrible in game mistakes that “get you beat” (another thing Jones said during his comments). That was the most damning comments I think I’ve heard come from Jerry’s mouth as it pertains to Garrett’s status beyond this season. That dude ain’t just on the hot seat... his butt is directly over a Bunsen burner.
Hope his butt is directly over a flame thrower.

The first holding on Tyron Smith was bogus The Defenders dropped to the ground twice in a row and didn't even call on the second time. That took away a touchdown

What does a rival have to do with Dak not accounting for a safety standing right in front of him and just assuming a guy is going to be open
It was the first play of the game. Obviously he saw something on film that led him to believe it would be open. He got fooled. It happens.

This is not even remotely a new debate. Even his staunchest supporter, JJ must have concerns on Garrett moving forward or he wouldn't be a lame duck coach right now. I think it's safe to say barring a utter collapse, Garrett is here warts and all till the end of the season. However, I do believe should they miss the playoffs or go one-n-done hes outta here. Personally, I have little to no confidence in Garrett being capable of getting us to a championship game, let alone the Superbowl. But, I've learned to appreciate the wins we get in spite of his presence at this point. We've waited the better part of 10 yrs, I gotta hope there is a silver lining in not winning it all with a coaching reset

Are we certain that Garrett's headset is even plugged in? I've never once this season seen a camera pan to him while he's speaking into his headset. I honestly believe they gave him a disconnected headset to let him wear and pretend he's doing something important.

Can anyone find me a clip from a game THIS YEAR of Garrett talking into his headset? I would pay real, cold hard cash to see a clip of this if it exists.

That right there tells you another part of the problem. Country Club Jerry backs up the misconduct. So now we have team captains doing it, the HC doing nothing, and then the owner backup up the undisciplined action.

Perfect reason why things arent going to change and why the Cowboys are a team that consistently under achieves.

Well, if Garrett said something at half time, they completely ignored him. Not sure which is worse.

As far as the during the game, everything they showed was Garrett doing nothing. And had Garrett gotten in the face of a player, no doubt they replay that action. It never happened.

And yah, the cameras were consistently showing the misconduct and then scanning over to Garrett to see his reaction. NOTHING

Have you ever seen Garrett chew out a player on the sidelines? Is it so unbelievable to you or are you just doing whatever you can to defend the horrid Garrett?

What do you think Bellicheck does if that starts happening with his team. We know what he does. The guy gets benched immediately.
