Saints losing just proves how long the NFL season is and that it isn't over until seeds and playoff spots are actually locked up by teams. It looked like the Saints would be one of the run away best teams in the NFC. And now they have 2 losses and the 2nd seed is up for grabs. Some teams by peak way too early, while others get hot later in the season.

The Saints and Packers can't lose 2 games the rest of the year, right after losing to one of the worst teams in the league? Packers have the Panthers and 49ers the next two weeks, two of the toughest teams in the league, that could easily be two losses right there. The Saints don't exactly have the easiest schedules coming up either, and that is assuming they win the division, they currently are only one game up and anything can happen in tiebreaker situations, especially when we don't have a head to head.

Even if they did lose two games, we’d have to go undefeated through the rest of the season, which isn’t happening. It really doesn’t matter at the end of the day. We need to focus on winning the division and getting into the playoffs rather than trying to get a bye week for the playoffs
