I was thinking Gallup was out for the Giants and Dolphins, but still, we did win one of the two games when Gallup was out, and, of course, you didn't say we can't win with an offensive player out, you said we can't win with even one player out.

Of course, Williams missed a number of games last year, and Frederick missed the entire season last year, and we still won enough to get to the playoffs, so it's probably not fair to say we can't win any games with Williams out this year.

Fred was incredibly slow off the snap. He almost looked confused how slow he was. If Williams blocks the DT, Fred isn’t going to be on Kendricks anyways and he has free run to blow the play up. Kendricks was Williams man and the DT was Freds. The only thing that makes any sense is he thought Williams was going to chip the DT on his way out. It may not have been the easiest block with him slanting towards the playcall, but Fred could have got there if he was out of his stance quicker. This one feels like it’s on him to me.

It is, 100%. If you watch that game, you are going to see a lot of designed runs that call for Williams to get the LB. Those are definitely designed and Fred struggles in a lot of those. He's a year away, looks like, at least.

So here’s the gist now....our pass protection will be a little less ( my fatty can’t make too quick) but our run blocking is going to get a vitamin -B shot right in the old kisser. Watch that left side trap they love to run...you’ll see 5-7 through it.

Don't really wish injuries on anyone, but this is a great thing. Williams is a liability on the OLine. He's too small and weak., to play Guard, or Tackle, maybe he can play Center Stepnoski was not that big, but regardless Connor Williams needs to be a backup not a starter right now.
