Lions had the ball for 26:56 top that game. So Rodgers had ~33 minutes with the ball.

Cowboys had a TOP of 30:54
Stafford has been playing e
He had 400 yards and 3 TD vs Minnesota

Did you watch the game? His pick 6 right in the chest of the Vikings corner would have made it 21-0. Game over.

But yes, he played well after that. Cooper went off.

He might lose out to Russell Wilson because even though Dak has 500 more passing yards Wilson has a couple more touchdowns and 7 fewer interceptions

Dak Prescott is better this year than Mahomes or Jackson, I think he should win it but he won't unless he breaks the passing record for a season.
He also most likely won’t win MVP if we should happen to go 8-8 and miss the postseason.

The difference between 9 interceptions and 2 is pretty substantial.

Honestly, I don't see an MVP argument for anyone over Lamar Jackson.

Somebody needs to remind me why we paid a RB 90 mill, when it's more of a passing league now, and our passing game is working better.
imo
First reason Dak wasn't balling like he is this year - he was good but he's elevated his game. Thus still thought they needed a very strong running game. Their philosophy was to win TOP and not put too much on Dak.

Second - the front office might have still been stinging from the way the team looked with-out Zeke (suspension)

Third - they prob knew that Zeke was gonna tail off and not ball out the length of the contract but they figured they'd get at least 2-3 more years and they wanted to "go for it" while they had the O-line in their prime and with the D looking good.

Now if the same situation (Zeke hold-out) happened this next off season instead of the beginning of this year.... then obviously there is a very good chance Zeke doesn't get that extension, but you just never know with Jerry.

Dak has played well.

The one thing that really sticks out to me is how open players are getting downfield. Not sure if its the receivers or Moore but something has noticeably changed this year.

I agree with all of this. All great points.

I was being facetious.

Hahahahahahah

They had the ball so much that Rodgers threw 40 times...somebody put you in your place...it's going to happen quite often for you moving forward

He's struggling and making sh.. up with every game Dak keeps getting better and better. Hell, I don't know why he won't just admit he'll never like Dak.

If his coaching staff didn’t fail him in the Minnesota game that would have possibly been a nice 95 yard winning drive which would have gave him a lot more recognition. But Dak has to fight against not only the team their playing but his coaches.

Then Dakota should have no problem heaping up yards on the Patriots. If he has the most yards and is a top 5 QB like many are posting here, he should ball out against them

Ya cant have it both ways. Either he puts up or many will have to shut up...….but of course his apologists will come out of the woodworking fluffing his performance.

Next couple weeks will tell the tale. Ya'll getting nervous?

You sure are looking forward to the COWBOYS qb failing. Philly troll. Lol

He's got to have some signature wins. Stats won't help him until he beats some teams with winning records.

What would Rodgers rack up if he got to play the Dolphins, Jets, Commanders, Lions, and Giants twice?

IKR??? Imagine if Rodgers had to play losers like:
Lions - 24/39, 283, 61.5%, 2TD, 1Int, 90.0 rating, 23.5 QBR
or
Broncos 17/29 235yds 58.6%, 1TD, 0Int, 96.2 rating 75.8 QBR
or
chargers 23/35 161, 65%, 1 TD 0Int, 85.5 rating, 13.6 QBR
or
Bears 18/30, 203, 60.5%, 1TD, 0Int, 91.4 rating, 36 QBR

even against crappy defenses like:
Cowboys 22/34, 238, 64.7, 0TD, 0Int, 85.2 rating, 59.8 QBR

Against losing teams like that someone like Rodgers would have career games right!?!?... Oh that's right he didn't. As a matter of fact, he played pretty average against all of those losing teams.

http://www.nfl.com/stats/categoryst...263-s=PASSING_YARDS&d-447263-o=2&d-447263-n=1

Dak has 3221 passing yards and leads the NFL.

But yet no mention of him for MVP.

come on all you Facebook and Twitter fans, get it out there. Send it to the NFL Pundits.
Total passing yards...other than maybe with P Manning and Mahomes....is not usually a top factor in MVP voting.
Otherwise, Matt Stafford would be in the conversation every year, and Jameis Winston this year.

Its the other stuff that goes with it thats helping Dak set himself into top 7-8 tier so far this year.
High pass yards per game (Dak is 2nd, Stafford 3rd) says you're not driving the bus
High efficiency and low turnover ratio on top of that helps round out the rest.

Bears, Broncos, and Chargers have higher rated pass defenses than any of our 10 opponents so far.
Th Lions are a rival to the Packers, so they sometimes hold them down.

Having said that, Dak has played great this year.
Just pointing our the disparity in defenses so far.

Mahomes is actually playing lights out. 18 touchdowns and only 1 pick.

What's crazy is Mahomes has played 3 less games then every QB (4 less than Cousins) yet he's still top 10 in TD and yards. He plays tonight and will jump into the top 5 in both categories while still playing 2 less games (if anything that's insane)

When did Matt Stafford and Carreon Johnson start playing defense?

You are reaching to try and save face.

Rodgers had ample opportunities to perform up to Dak’s level with 39 pass attempts....
But he failed to reach Dak’s level..

when did Kerryon Johnson become good..?
when did them playing have anything to do with defense?
Rodger has played a lot of bad/teams defenses.
Rodgers has almost half his pass TDs vs the Chiefs and Raiders.
oh, and since this apparently matters, Mahomes was out in that game...

Rodgers played against Matt Stafford and Carreon Johnson. The Lions had the ball a lot.

C'mon.
LOL! What a garbage excuse.

Stafford vs Green Bay: 18-32, 265 Yds, 0 TD, 0 INT

Johnson vs Green Bay: 13 Rush, 34 Yds (2.6 per carry), TD

Time of possession: Detroit 26:55, Green Bay 33:04

Keep embarrassing yourself.
:lmao2:
