If you get paid like one, you should act and play like one. He said he should play better a few games ago. I haven't seen him make a huge effort at improvement, so yeah, so far talk is cheap.

I don't hate him. I think he's capable of greatness. He's shown it. But he hasn't shown it this year since he got paid. I don't know why for sure he's not playing like we know he can....but he's not breaking tackles like he used to. He's not maneuvering like he used to, and he seems slower.

The O-line isn't doing him any favors, but he's getting caught by the first guy most times. That's not like him.

I fact there was a scene where Pollard was saying that he hoped they weren't going to put zeke in and zeke told him..... 2019 vs 2016 night and day. I know he missed training camp but this aint the same guy who ran over Chancellor the first chance he got in a preseason game. If we can somehow get that Zeke back and this defense can get past our coaching we can get the VL Trophy.

People have gone insane about Elliot. He’s an efficient runner, elite blocker, great receiver. He made a great catch on that touchdown run and never lets his guy hit Prescott on passing downs. Stays healthy and is going to hit 1k again.

He is definitely one of the best blocking RB's...even if he's not been as good as he has been in other areas.

2016 Elliot is gone for good lol,and he aint coming back.

I think he wants to make sure he plays another 5 years to get all of the money from this contract.
So less carries , less effort. Just do good enough to keep his job and make all that money.
There wont be any more 350 + carries, or 1600 + rushing, and forget that 2000 yd season.

The key is how will he do in big games like this one coming next, the eagles game 2 and then playoff
games. No way to tell, just have to wait and see.
