the giants have the talent to win 2 games
Its already been proven he needs all pro talent across the board to even be competitive

Garrett wouldnt be there more than 2 years with his poor decision making and gameplans

The Giants floating the rumor would be one possibility..........the other that Garrett has employed a PR group to float that rumor out guaranteeing that Jerry will over-react.

Same deal with him going to Baltimore when he was signed as HC initially.

1. There are going to be franchises that are willing to put Garrett's failures on Jerry and make the case that he'll flourish in a better environment.
2. Garrett's recent division record is probably something that is attractive to the Giants considering they have struggled in the NFCE recently.
3. The Giants are a cultural fit for Garrett. He is from New Jersey and his square personality fits the Giants conservative culture.
4. Daniel Jones seems like a natural fit for the Coryell offense.

When you take into account what I've listed, it's easy to see why they're interested.

Yeah Jerry would drop dead if Garrett were to go to the Giants and succeed. To see his pet project that he invested more than a decade in leave and flourish elsewhere, especially with a division rival and owner he doesn't really get along with, would be too much heartbreak to handle.

this is interesting, while i have piled on Garrett, if HE goes elsewhere and is successful, than i have to eat the crow that it is all JJ. If that does happen, yes i was wrong for bagging on Garrett. i wont be happy but i wont hate on the guy if im wrong.
