Just me but I'm guessing their preference is to keep the 3-4 offensive coaches attached to Dak unless it's Sean Payton. I'm looking for a guy with strong leadership. One who how/when to maximize EVERY player potential on BOTH SIDES of the ball rather than trying force him into a system. This is why I'd favor Meyers over a Riley or McDaniel.

Urban Meyer has the best odds to be the Dallas Cowboys head coach in 2020

Jason Garrett’s tenuous position has the speculation train running.

The position of Dallas Cowboys head coach is one that’s being talked a lot about these days. It’s being discussed as if it’s vacant.
Of course, Jason Garrett is the current head coach of the Cowboys but you’re well aware that this is a contract year for him. You also know that Garrett has come under fire since the Cowboys lost on the road against the New England Patriots. Fans are calling for a lot of things.
If the Cowboys brain-trust ultimately does decide to move on from Jason Garrett after this season there will be a lot of interest in who will ultimately take the job next. Our friends at BetOnline have odds for who that person could be, and the front-runner is former Ohio State (and Florida) coach Urban Meyer
