It must chap you a** to hear all these ez players, current players, and even Broddaus even not working for the Cowboys saying it's on players and their execution of the game plan. Again it's been 25 years with the same results. And the same coach hasn't been here for 25 years

Game plan is terrible the in game management before half they played for Fg should have been at least on shot at end zone.

Truth.

You have a walk around Coach with no authority and struggles with in game management or nuance.

A rookie OC who looks like he has less feel for playcalling than his fired mentor.

Twin DC's with opposite interests in personnel preference

A ST Coach who is way over his credentials

There is no synergy. It's a mix n match batch of retreads. It stinks, but Jerry is comfortable in this surrounding as soon as he discovers "the kids" can all play nice.

Yo @phildadon86 . How you feeling bro? Lost the game, lost the bet, JG not yet fired and JJ saying he isn’t going to fire him, team imploding. I really wanna hear your thoughts. I know your itching to villianize and encrypt me.

Oh wait. You’re banned for a week :lmao2::lmao2:.

“I don’t lose bets”.

Dre, do you really feel that keeping Garrett is the best move for this team moving forward? Not just for the remainder of the season but into next season, do you believe keeping Garrett is the answer? We obviously need better players at different positions. No doubt. The problems seem bigger than that. You have been defending the coaching staff but as the season has gone more and more people have come to the conclusion that Garrett is a problem. I'm wondering if you still feel he should be here next year and beyond.

That’s because more than anything Jerry just hires poor coaches, Garrett being one of them.

But Jerry being the biggest problem also doesn’t change the fact he has had head coaching issues as well.

Any notion that Jerry keeps great coaches down is preposterous.

PS - there are a lot of ex players and analysts saying Garrett is overrated and needs to go. Funny how you ignore that.

Jerry speaking in proverbs again . He must be on his meds because he went nuclear a few days ago and no everything is fine and dandy. He wants a miracle “win out” story when the odds of that happening are extremely low. What a senile old man.

That is a concern. Garrett has his soul now it seems.

I hope that doesn’t last. Hopefully a new HC can change the environment and locker room. These soft as butter personality players aren’t going to cut it. It’s the reason why we lose. They don’t have enough grit, emotion, or will to win with morales like that.
