I do not want an interim coach from this staff. All we need is for them to win a few games and Jerry gives them the gig for next season. No thanks.

I'll wait if it means getting a HC from outside of the organization.

I wasn't hoping to see anything on CZ, but I was expected a lot more about the Cowboys being overrated. I went into this game thinking it was a "show me" opportunity for the Cowboys and I think the way they lost, they were outclassed again, only proves the Cowboys talent level is not what we were told it is. Going into this season, I felt the Cowboys schedule would make them a 6-10 team at best. But I expected a few teams to be better than they have shown. I did not expect the Eagles to be so bad. My thinking was the Cowboys would suffer badly on defense. The lack of a safety and interior pressure would make this defense exactly what we are seeing today. And I admit, I did not expect the LBs to be so bad or the CBs to struggle. But more shocking than that has been the Cowboys lackluster attitude on the field. I really thought this tam had more character but when they should be fired up and ready to roll, they are often sleep-walking.

I expected to see what I saw, disappointment and frustration. However, I do not feel that because I never bought into the talent level of this team, I just do not see it yet.

I expected the D to return to it's level of inconsistency again and Prescott to still have some pocket presence challenges. Some QB's never do develop a good one.

The biggest disappointment so far in this season is Moore. I expected a learning curve but by the 12th game, he should not be making rookie ones but he was up against two really good D minds in McDermott and Frazier. But here again, play called v execution. Can't have turnovers and mistakes against a team that doesn't make many.

I did not expect to see any coaching changes today, I don't see how that fixes anything. Who is he going to put in? Marinelli? Richard? Moore? They're not good enough doing what they do.

But here's what I would have liked to see. "Booger fires Garrett and replaces him with himself and his objective will be to evaluate coaches and players and see which want to work for him". This staff of coaches will run the practices and I will oversee the games. I am only doing this through this season and the playoffs and I fully expect to be in the playoffs or some coaches and players will not be here next year, contract or no contract. I could fire everybody and start over. No one is backing up to a paycheck from me.

Good news is all I seek. I wanted to read about the locker room hollering. Just the other day I was thinking we don’t have a fiery vet that yells at everyone to man up. Now we might. It needs to continue on the sidelines, even if it turns into a brawl. Kick some *** or go home!!!
