Mark Schlereth: Cowboys will never win anything with the current structure of their organization

This has been the issue and many here have been shouting it from the mountaintop for years.

In today's culture of mass and instant media, Jerry's not going to be able to manipulate and control the narrative. Then throw in the popularity of sports debate shows and this is going to be a much-discussed issue from now until the next coach is named (and possibly afterwards if there is a perception of the HC being another puppet).

no doubt, whatever can grab the publics attention for a few minutes, there'll be a new story in no time leaving this subject in the dust but I'll enjoy it while it lasts

I wouldn't listen to a word that guy says...he literally turned a university (U of Idaho) into a piss hole. Go inside the visitors locker room of the Kibby dome in the late 80's.......just reeked of piss. It was his doing. Guy literally pissed inside lockers....thinking it was funny. I actually think he's mentally a mess...Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder with Compulsions to Urinate Frequently.

And coming from a Commanders homer.....He's the type to take a cheap shot whenever he can....he's breed that way @ the U of I.

I couldn't care less where he's pissed he's 100% right. Get used to what we've been getting.

As Aikman said, I'm not sure a coaching change will make much difference. I'm fine with making one, but how many coaches have we gone through in the last 23 years?

Coaches change, the Joneses stay the same...and so do the results.

It would definitely take a special hire.

A Bill Belichick or Urban Meyer level hire. If he somehow managed to get either of those guys? You know that concessions will have been made and he will have agreed to take a step back.

If it's another name? It's more of the same.
