Has this team developed, and possibly cultivated a losing culture? I've never thought of it until now. I've always thought of the Cowboys as winners, but when was the last time they won anything important.

The Cowboys really are the Bengals and Browns now.

Losing culture for nearly 25 years. Parcells tried to change that but then Jerry took it back over when he left and went right back to the old ways.
