I’m not arguing that he isn’t, but isn’t just about anything better than Garrett at this point? I mean by those standards then you’d never have an interim coach and just let every coach under fire finish the season regardless. If a coach is in a position to get fired mid-season I doubt the coordinators are having banner years.

Because right now, even 10 years after the fact, his biggest REAL qualification is being the son of an NFL Scout.
