I never understood the talk in recent weeks about putting Richard in as interim head coach, both by reporters and fans. What the heck has that defense done recently that would make you confident in Richard at the helm?

You can toss out the idea that Richard would motivate the players. Just look at that defense. Where in the heck do you see motivation?

He's right. The whole coaching staff is a joke.

Need all new blood in there next season. Hopefully someone can put Jerry's Ego in check and make him understand that HE is a problem when he meddles in the football part of his team. Just sit back, sign the checks and enjoy. Let the football guys figure out the rest. Won't happen, but, that's the only way the Cowboys will start having success. Actually, ALL of the Jones' family should just be owners or rich as hell family members. Hire football people to do the rest.

Honestly who cares at this point? A change is necessary. Just a team spinning their wheels. Garrett hasn't earned a dam thing and he's still here.. losing. Like it matters who the interim coach is.
