Proud of his play last night and for hitting over 1000 yds again and 9 TDs is right up there for a RB.

It's been a difficult year for you.

Like the example you are setting.

I appreciate you, bub.

I don't know about that.
He does what he can do I guess, but a true team captain can carry a team.
Not saying Zeke isn't one of the best backs in the league, and fans get too caught up in what a player gets payed.
Zeke is no team leader, and never will be, doesn't know how to be.
A smart franchise never pays top dollar for any player that cant fulfill those expectations, at any position.
RBs don't carry the load anymore in todays NFL,, and Zeke hit the mega Millions jackpot because Jerry thought paying Zeke
would be like paying Deion or Haley.

Well he started off really good, and had a good run later, but it was the same ole. Like that 3rd down pass when the back didn't even turn around to look for the ball. Bad Coaching and why was that guy in there for the 3rd down anyways and not Zeke?

There’s not one game we’ve won because of him and therefore he’s done nothing that Pollard couldn’t have done. He had an impressive goal line run last night but there’s also plenty of runs where he was too slow to get around the corner or caught in open space where Pollard would have been gone.

This is why you don’t pay RB’s that much money. He’s nothing but an overpaid diva who demands to be paid
the top back yet has to take himself out of games in critical situations. Not to mention the game costing fumble against New Orleans that no one likes to mention.

Remind me again why we’re paying him so much money?

Because the 90 million dollar diva asked to be taken out because he was too gassed. He had his hands on his hips after a lot of runs. Can’t wait to see how much his stamina improves over the next few years we have to deal with him.

The build model is obvious, just look at the 49ers for example.
They have a great running game but they don't sale the farm to pay one RB.
They got 3 in Matt Brieda, Tevin Coleman, and Raheem Mostert.
All three of those RBs combined salaries are inconsequential compared to the truck load of cap deflating money Jerry deposited into Zekes bank acct.
You see,, I have never said that Zeke wasn't a good/great RB,, all Ive ever said is that there is a different way to win this game.
This is a salary cap game vs talent league, and you have to be smart enough to have some composure and not have the best of the best, because the cap will not support any team having the best of the best and pay top dollar for the best of the best.

I was just acknowledging his ability to still produce despite obstacles.

You guys can't get over his paycheck or the OLs failures to block.

I have not seen Zeke get tackled so much after only 3 yards downfield.

That play where they are trying to hit him on a swing pass so close to the sidelines has not worked at all.

Throw it sooner where he has space to get down field.

Do not know if this is Dak or by design.

It's bad enough Zeke has to run over 3 guys.

Now you are adding the sideline to help stop him.

I’m sure with Pollard in full time, we’d get all the one deep safety, matchups and man on the outside that this offense sees. I guess it’s Zeke’s fault the Cowboys completely ignore running him in the red zone, where our efficiency is mediocre.

Dak leads the league in passing attempts.

I've said it before: Running backs are highly overrated and wholly dependent on the line in front of them (see Murray), and they're also a dime a dozen. Paying Elliott like that was a colossal mistake that, you would think, anyone with any football intelligence would avoid.

Get it,, Zeke is a very talented RB,, I don't think those of us that complain about Zeke are not in agreement with you.
What your neglecting to rationalize is the way this team was built to be a "contender", and if this teams current record isn't proof enough
of that monumental build process error, that I don't know any other way of even attempting to explain this.

The 49ers are number 2 in attempts, yards and TDs, while being 16th in Y/A.

Dallas is 11, 9, 10 respectively while being 12 in Y/A.

Dak leads the league in passing attempts. The 49ers are 28th in passing attempts.

Somewhere along the line, people thought Dak was the star of this offense. I guarantee you, Shanahan wouldn’t.

It shouldn't cost $15M for 1,000 yards after game #13. The woe is the OL nonsense is beyond old.
