Well like I said last night when we were discussing it I don't know if you were involved or not not really clear on the rule but I thought in any foot or any part on the goal line or Beyond it was a Touchback I'm going to have to do some reading up on that

They must have changed that ruling because that's the way it used to be when they first came out with the whole Touchback thing

An interception is the same as a reception. The ball has to touch the plane.

No, it wasn't. The ball would've had to have been touching or across the plane of the end zone when he caught it, just like a reception.

I think you must be confusing it with a kick, where as soon as the returner touches the line it's not a touchback, and he has to try to bring it out.

I believe that is college. At least on a punt if a player touches the line then it's a touchback in the NFL. I would assume it's gotta be the same for an INT?
