I mean, when the defense lets the opposing team score on every drive and drain the clock, we can’t do much winning through Zeke.
Has more to do with the fact we haven’t forced but a punt or two over last two gamesCould be because he gets gassed by the second half and has to pull himself out all of the time. Cabo hold out
but everyone complained we stuck with running game too much in the minny game....hmmmThis article talks about how we give up on the running game too soon. I pretty much agree with everything in it.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, it's because Garrett has no idea how to manage a game and has no feel for game flow . No gameplan. No adjustments. No attempt to put people in position to utilize their strengths. It's just straight up here's the playbook, everybody go beat your guy. Good luck.
I’m curious if you were one of the fans. That Demanded,400 yard plus football gamesThat about sums it up.
Man this abandoning the run goes back to the days of Felix Jones, MBIII and Tashard Choice
were still doing the same crap?
I’m curious if you were one of the fans. That Demanded,400 yard plus football games
Me neither. I like playing control the clock Smash Mouth. Nope everybody Was Demanding 400 yard plus football games and this is the resultNo I was not.
The first game of the season. The offense of line was not blocking the way they did normally. You can’t tell me they weren’t upset about that contract. And rightfully so in my opinionOh the irony! An article about the Cowboys “abandoning” a player who abandoned the Cowboys and his teammates for more money with 2 years left on his contract.
Good stuff.
Nonsense. The defense hasn't gotten blown out in but two games, and what about the Saints and Patriots games? Saints didn't even score one touchdown, Pats one.
Sometimes you do have to chunk the ball, if you get behind like in the Bears game, but we saw in that game, like the missed pass to Olawaze (sic), then you have to depend on the passing game to win, and that isn't the Cowboys' game.
Not saying run Zeke 30 times a game regardless, but in close games, if you keep giving it to him you'll wear the defense down and he'll break the long run, a la the Steelers game a couple of years ago, or it will open up the passing lanes for some throws that Dak can make...
there has been complaint about garrett running the ball too much. at this point everyone is just plain mad and angry with garrett and anything will trigger a mass anger response....Again, it leads back to Garrett & Moore.
Can't wait for Garrett to be gone so these ongoing topics stop, for good!
this!!! There are times when abandoning Zeke is a good recipe. (Minnesota game) there are other when its stupid (Buffalo game). Garrett is too stupid to realize which is whichI've said it before, I'll say it again, it's because Garrett has no idea how to manage a game and has no feel for game flow . No gameplan. No adjustments. No attempt to put people in position to utilize their strengths. It's just straight up here's the playbook, everybody go beat your guy. Good luck.
STUOID comment, no its the coaching staff 100% they get scared get behind and abandon the run..Could be because he gets gassed by the second half and has to pull himself out all of the time. Cabo hold out
I guessJeff Heath is more Important than people want to admitUh, no. This defense has been blown out in essentially 4 games. The Packers, Jets, Bears, and Bills game. Hell, even the Lions game should count. Luckily the Lions defense was worse than ours, so we won. I agree we should run Zeke more, but playcalling seems to shift as soon as Zeke gets stopped after one yard. It's like Kellen or Garrett or whoever is calling plays is like "Welp. They stopped Zeke one time! Gotta win through the air now!" . I think that Vikings game scared them because they haven't ran the ball as much since. Whatever. I'm over this team at this point in the season.
