Jerry was on the radio talking about what a great speaker Garrett is, and Jerry referenced that Garrett spoke at the owners meeting and the owners were captivated by his speech.

I have no doubt Garrett will be scooped up immediately after his contract expires.

Garrett might be a good coach, but he's not a good HEAD COACH.
Actually he’s best suited for HC. His number one trait is communication and leadership which is most important role of HC rather than coordinator.

I think he honestly could succeed his mentor Saban at Alabama and crush it. His leadership would translate most to the college level. Plus he’s actually really smart at X’s and O’s. He just chooses to be risk adverse which can cost you in big games.

Jerry told a story of how he gave a speech at a league meeting and he said the room was dead silent, everyone was listening.

The guy will have a job. he speaks exactly how every front office wants their coaches to speak to players, media and front office people.

I still think he will end up in New York if they do not hire Matt Rhule.

I dont doubt this at all. Still, he has shown repeatedly that he is a better coach monday through saturday than on game day. He would be really good with a rebuilding team, but I grow more and more skeptical that he can take a team all the way.

I have stated this for years and it won't change. He will have another job fast.

However, I still think he should be gone unless he gets this bunch to the SB or wins it.
I agree. He won't be unemployed long, and it'll be as a HC. Just watch...
