I came away with it totally different. The fact that he didn't throw in the RPO might be the reason we ran so well last week. Maybe in a weird way Dak's injury last week helped prove even more that this team relies on it's running game and O-line and will ignite this team.
It's funny, I was thinking the same.

The only passes thrown 10+ yards in the air that were completed:

5:01 left in 1st quarter
--19 yards to Cooper on 3rd and 9
1:53 left in 1st quarter
--19 yard TD to Witten
11:49 left in 2nd quarter
--59 yard TD to Austin

Would have been interesting if he had been required to complete anything beyond 10 yards after that.

Can you take shots to numb the pain and still be able to throw?

Hey man. Any feedback on an AC joint sprain and how it would affect Dak’s throwing ability would be appreciated.

And would he be able to receive an anti inflammatory injection and still have feeling in his shoulder necessary to throw?

If you have any info it would be appreciated.

Dak will play, you just hope he doesn't hurt the team cause they won't take him out.

so Dak told Gallup he wasn't going to throw no matter what during those situations, talk about limiting the offense even further. I'll say it regardless of what player at whatever position, if you can't play or are under performing if I'm the coach I'm taking you out. I'm not waiting until after a game and potential loss to say we need to consider options. It's like when the rams got bad goff last week, he was handicapping that offense like no other, why keep him in when you know the situation?

Why does Dallas have to talk about it? We always tell everything that is wrong or what we are not able to do. Where is the leaders telling everyone to shut up!

If this was NE do you think that this type of info would get out. It only serves to help the eagles defense.

you’re talking about Garrett

he can’t make any decisions

we’d be lucky if someone even bothered to tell him about the injury

So if I'm the eagles I just go ahead and put 9 in the box... which was basically what they were going to do anyway.
This sure seems like the Cowboys are overplaying this to get this exact thing to happen. Silly to show your hand if you're not intentionally trying to mislead them.

I think they're required to report injuries,,, that way Las Vegas is happy.

Makes me wonder if some of the positive change we saw in the offense was just Dak leaning on the run more than he used to.
