What kind of year will next season be?

Good news will be a 2nd place schedule instead of a first place schedule.

Depends on who is on the team? Same Coordinators? Same QB? Same WR core? Same Defensive players? If so, we’re doomed.

it will be the same mediocrity until and if the attitudes and culture of the players can be changed. They are basically gutless, cowardly, have no passion or heart, and are only interested in saying the company lines and getting their big money. I'm really not sure that with the approach that PT Barnum (Jones) takes, anything will really change, given his pandering of these overpaid, overhyped players in their country-club facilities. Rather than acknowledging that it's a very unique privilege to be able to play professional football at this level, this team acts like all they have to do is show up in their almighty hyped self-importance and they will be given wins. Without a coaching staff that will not allow players to self-select themselves to come out of the game at their whim, and are willing to play with physicality and pride, then we will be subject to another pile of crap season next year.

Same,I don’t think a coach can help this franchise anymore. I really don’t. FO has a bad structure in place,and they blew a whole draft to help set the table. Idiots can coach the darn team themselves and should have to.

Well i predicted 8-8 to 9-7 this season and we are only getting older going into next season so i would have to say next season we would go 7-9 to 8-8.... assuming we keep all our core starters

The off season will be interesting with a hopeful HC search. And no matter who is chosen, chances are there will be a group upset with it. So that should fuel the off season.

Dallas will not be a contender next season no matter what they do in the offseason. 8-10 wins maybe win one playoff game maybe one and done. The east will be a 2 team race again next season.

Looking at 2-3 years and that's if they get a new coaching staff.
