This team has officially imploded. Anyone hear what D-Law and Amari have said after the game (essentially calling out their coaches)?

D-Law: Talent without direction is nothing. Here, he is implying the coaches suck and that there is no leader on this team.

Amari: I feel like we should've ran more deep routes. He's obviously calling out the OC, HC, and even Dak here.

Jason Witten: Storm the castle! He yells as he yells at Kellen Moore for the 2nd or 3rd time this season.

Even the folks on The Break (Cowboys radio show), who are around players often, stated that there is A.) No accountability on this team, B.) A weird vibe and disconnect from the locker room, and C.) That there would be locker room stories of players calling each other out, not getting along with each other, and calling out coaches in the offseason.

It starts where they begin talking about the disconnect. They talk about no accountability and players earlier in the show.

They also talk about players. This is a big game. Cooper and Cobb just agree to be taken out of the game? No fighting or pleading to let them out there? They agree to let Ventell Bryant and Austin go out there in their place?

There are many, MANY more incidents on this! You guys think a simple HC change is going to fix this?

Of course they should have ran more deep routes, with the CBs sitting on them with no deep safety help.

Better question - at this point does anyone care what DLaw or Amari say? Add Dak and Garrett to the mix. It's all just nonsense blabbering.

And yes a HC change will fix a lot of issues. You see the game mismanagement each week. Remember this is still a top 10 offense AND defense. You know how many teams wish they had that? Lots!

Fix all the Garrett mistakes and fix the awful special teams. That alone would have won at least 3 or 4 more games this year.

The Dallas Cowboys are a dysfunctional organization and it starts at the top. It's been that way for years. It needs a stronger coach than Jerry is willing to hire.

Until that changes, get accustomed to watching other teams play in championship games (if you're not already).

Uh oh, this sounds like Moore might end up taking the fall for Garrett....

Thats a misleading stat when you consider how many games Dak was able to build up garbage time stats because they were behind several times by a significant number..

I listened to that yesterday. That was a very good show. Highly recommend a listen to anyone. Lot of our questions get tapped in it. And Helman was dead on about what’s coming around the corner.

They're weak. All of them. Just a bunch of corporate hacks. That's the bottom line.
Yeah, that’s the problem. This corporate environment like it’s not a football team, but some big firm in office buildings Sponosrs is the Jones family interests and selling the brand. It’s why I just don’t have any real faith in things changing.

Theres a huge disconnect and we've seen it since week 4 when KM and JG packed up the play book because they were afraid of the Saints and crowd noise.

Guys have been talking about how talented this team is all season. Maybe they are subtlety putting failures on the coaches by saying that?

I dont think Coop and Cobb didn't care they were on the bench with the season on the line. I imagine it pissed them off, but they know they couldn't overcome the trash coaching and play calls. I blocked the Boise cheerleader on here but I really hope he not still cheering KM on smh.
