Things are breaking right for the NFC East title

Well, they’re breaking “right” or “wrong” depending upon what you want, though I still can’t imagine any real Cowboys’ fan wanting the Eagles to win the NFC East.

The Cowboys get the Commanders in Dallas, where they’ve owned them, even in bad years. The Commanders will be without Haskins, McLaurin, Landon Collins, and maybe even Adrian Peterson.

Meanwhile the Eagles will go up to New York to play a resurgent Giants team. Danny Dimes threw 5 TDs last weekend and Barkley looked really good.

Oh, and the Eagles, already down to three receivers, will be without Ertz and Darby.

I’m going to go ahead and say it. Cowboys are going to win the NFC East.

It all depends on how well the Giants respond and if they want to win.

Slayton, Shepard, Tate, Barkley will cause them issues. No Darby and a banged up Mills. This looks good for us.

But Danny Dimes is notorious for fumbling. I see this going either way honestly

Anytime Dallas “catches a break” it ends up going wrong for us. Thielan for the Vikes out didn’t help. Devante Adams being out for the Packers didn’t help. Drew Brees being out for the Saints didn’t help. Philly losing half their starters on offense didn’t help, etc. Just because Haskins and McLaurin are out along with Ertz means nothing to this team. We’ll find a way to blow it either way.

In the end though, who cares? If we win and Philly loses, this team will lose its head and get egotistical only to get blown out by the 5th seed. All to keep Jason Garrett for 2 extra weeks

If this in any way keeps Garrett as HC, then I want them to lose against the Commanders. This needs to be over. Even if we end up with another Garrett, this one can't continue. Even if we won a Super Bowl, I want Garrett gone.

What will be interesting to see is if the Giants can take more advantage of all the Philly injuries than we did. Would be a huge indictment of the coaching staff here. Although I did see the video showing how many open plays Dak missed. Looks like Moore was calling a great game, Dak just couldn't execute it.

I don’t get 2011 Giants comparison. They had a D line that was ridiculous and started pounding people. They were on a roll. We aren’t near it. The only comparison is I’ll be at the Atlantis in the sports book watching the Cowboys vs the Giants in Week 17. And the Giants barely lost that to Pats

Meh, I'd rather get a head start on the search for the new coach, avoid the embarrassment of getting destroyed at home in round 1, and improve the draft position. This has been the least enjoyable season I can remember; I'm ready for it to be over and throw dirt on the Garrett era.
