I would love Brian Kelly to be our next HC!!! He makes me think of Jimmy everytime I see him. He has the mentality the coaching style, the Manipulation, motivating, that fire, toughness, and the teaching ability, he has a tremendous amount of experience, he can coach every position, and does when he needs to,, and he will tell his staff what he wants done while the game is going on, in game adjustments, he will chew a player out if they are not playing well and he will pull them,(now that will be hard to do in the NFL, especially on a Jerry team), he's always coaching on the sidelines, time management is great, loves running the football and working the pass off of the run. He will not be outcoached, he may be outmanned , in college he is against the better teams like Bama and others, but that's because he is not able to get the type of players at Notre Dame like the Bamas of the world due to the academic standards that Notre Dame has. The biggest thing that in my opinion is that he knows how to deal with the history and traditions of a big time organization in the spotlight. The Irish is the Dallas Cowboys of college football. The guy that gave the Cowboys the Americas Team name stated back then that Dallas was the Notre Dame of the NFL, has the star on their helmet is synonomous with the Golden Dome helmets, all over the world.

Brian Kelly is my wish to replace JG.
With that being said I still believe we will get into the playoffs and make that run to the SuperBowl and WIN!!

He is limited to the type of kids he can recruit due to the high academic standards at the school. He tried for a few years to get ND to drop their standards so that he could get the type of athletes to compete with the Bamas of the college football world. But he has done a great job at ND, look at his record.

i'm a fan.
but i believe he really wants out of Notre Dame when I see it.
he's done a helluva job there....but its still unfinished.
heckuva coach in my opinion.

That's a good name Jerry Jones, why don't he coach his own team, he does in a way, I guess I answered my own question
