I agree...but it’s hard to ignore the reality of a flawed rule with good intentions.

Not to mention that teams interview coaches from inter division rivals all the time just to try to pick any inside info they can in the interview process. Interviewing Richard kills 2 birds for the Giants.

Pete Carroll created the legion of boom. Please stop with this mess. Richards wasn't even the first DB coach to coach that backfield.

Pete Carroll is quite possibly the best DBs coach in the history of the game. He was the mastermind and architect of their best, and worst defenses. That's why Richards was FIRED.

that members been a fanboy of KR all year defending him like hes a family member lol

like the rest of this team and staff it wasn't just them that caused the issues but like all of them it was one time or another why we lost agame.. we lost a division by 1 game.. thats why it housecleaning time plus add 22 FAs to decide to get rid of our purge that as well.. about to be a some changes..

some games it was the run defense, sometimes the pass defense, a lot the ST, or the kicker, the online , dak, Amari, gallup, tank, zeke, Garett , Oquinn etc etc somene was messing up in every game.. it would be easy to fix one or two issues but way too many is why we are making changes..its time for new voice and new direction..

That's the problem with the Rooney Rule. People hire who they know -- if they are serious they should be creating opportunities for guys to present to owners BEFORE there is a job opening. If they wow them then when there is a job opening they will already be on their short list.

Pretty much already being done in a multitude of ways.

What happens in games is about 100 times as important as what happens in practice. It could be said every DB regressed this year under Richard. How many INT’s did our DB’s get this year?
