Twitter: Werder Tweet: Garrett expected to be fired (no official word yet)

Balderdash. Poppycock. Nonsense.

Whether or not you get rid of JG, the common thread of the last 30 years of failure is Jerry Jones' imposing himself in a way that marginalizes the head coach as the chief accountability officer for his staff and his players.

When the very structure of the organization is flawed by virtue of the owner's demands that he have a say in things beyond player acquisition, dysfunction is the natural consequence.

Troy put it out there, and a whole lot of us agreed, and we're fools to be distracted away from that core point.

JG might not be the best head coach. But it's at least as likely that whoever the next head coach also won't succeed.

Oh we know the next coach will be unsuccessful also because of the drunk in charge, but different failures to spice up your life!

So do they wait until after the 14th out of respect for Garrett to begin interviews?
