Say what you will about JG. But, I honestly believe he gave everything he had to the Cowboys. This absolutely needed to happen and I am excited to turn the page. But, his shortcomings weren't due to a lack of effort or desire. I've read countless comments from players claiming he supported, helped, and made them better people and players. The results should have been better. But, I appreciate his efforts.
