He has not since our interview. But it was Saturday / Sunday. Most GMs will conduct during the week

oh i'm sure we were. that's why firing garrett TODAY made zero impact on who they hired and the whining patrol about it was getting seriously old.

It's Marvin Lewis or someone they interviewed/ talked to without it going public. As soon as the season was over, Jerry said he's not concerned with who other teams are interviewing. Marvin Lewis hasn't been linked to anyone else. McCarthy has.

If it's Marvin Lewis and hue Jackson for oc, I'm out.

I think McCarthy is a huge upgrade over Garrett. A superbowl winner with 6 division titles. I would go with Meyer, but if Jerry is determined to go former NFL HC, McCarthy is probably the top of the list. Rodgers can't get a long with anyone including his own parents and family, so I am not holding McCarthy responsible for that relationship. NOW..he better not bring in Capers, who's defenses stunk.

The search comes before the interviews, then they interview who they narrowed down to.

In any case, we should know better than to automatically believe Lombardi is accurate. Stories are thrown out constantly to hook the consumer, and it's pretty amazing how many are never confirmed.

I wouldn't be ecstatic over McCarthy, but I'm willing to be patient and see how it goes. And I am still overjoyed Garrett is finally gone.
