After some have hated his history as DC, I went back to see how he ranked in his most precious stop in Atl. His fewest season for INTs was 10, with one season being 20 in 2012!

by comparison, Since 2015 the most the Cowboys have had in any season was 10. In 2014 they had 18.

Adding that to the videos shown in previous threads about his hybrid fronts, HOPEFULLY turnovers start to become a thing around here again.

His team defenses rank among the worst in the NFL.

last time he was a DC was in ATL... they weren't very good. However, his teams always create turnovers. Which is something i think this team has did one time in ten years.

Not impressed. He's been coaching linebackers for 2 different teams for the last 5 years. He's washed up.
Just a few DC jobs open up every year and there are boatloads of candidates, some whom have direct ties to the HC that makes the decision. Not getting one of those rare jobs doesn’t mean someone is washed up, it just means there is way more supply than demand.

What is the thing that I love most about him? His dad played briefly for the Cowboys back in the 1960s, and in fact he was the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys himself. I mean that’s kind of cool to have that tradition of a father and son both being the defensive coordinators for the Dallas Cowboys. I also remember his dad went on to become head coach of the San Francisco 49ers and the Cowboys and the 49ers had some great great games back then for championships.

Edit: his dad also coached wide receivers and defensive backs for the Cowboys from 1982-1990

Literally the 90th version of this post!
He’s obsessed with Kris a Richard. He wouldn’t hate on anyone hired to defensively coordinate this team if his name wasn’t Richard.
