Disagree and TN is a perfect example. Vrabel is the heart and soul of that team and they've taken on his personality and toughness. As a cowboy fan, you of all people should realize that coaching DOES matter. You sound like Jerry Jones and where's that got us?

Exactly.

Given that most teams use nickel as their base D, the 3-4 vs 4-3 argument is largely irrelevant.
Yea I don’t agree, there’s still a big difference in prototype players you look for at each position. 4-3 personnel is not as successful in the league right now.

So you don’t go for it on 4th and less than a yard in the redzone, but try a fake punt on your own 30? O’brien is an idiot lol very Garrett-esqu

so what the hell was the team taking from Vrabel when they were 2-4? What happened after that 2-4 start that turned them around? Did vrabel start eating spinach? Did het design some new plays? did het get madder and yell at his players and instill discipline? Nah... only one thing changed. He went from a sorry qb to a pro bowl caliber qb. Thats the ONLY thing that changed.

You make no sense. The notion that coaching doesn't matter is absurd. Vrabel saw what wasn't working and made a change. But he's not to get credit for it? He changed more than QB. He changed the way they use Derrick Henry who had been a part time running back sharing the carries. But mostly what he did was hold players accountable which is something we haven't seen in Dallas in 14 years.

Coaching doesn't matter? Go sell that garbage to someone else b/c nobody is buying it.

Yes. Coaches don't always change personnel when they should. That's part of a coach's responsibility.
Also, you don't know the unseen parts of coaching. Maybe Vrabel wanted to get tougher and rely on the run more and wanted a quarterback who was a bus drive who wouldn't make mistakes. How do you know what his coaching approach was? You're not in the locker room with him.
You don't always tell the impact of a coach unless there's a particular play call or a dramatic change between coaches.

That was a STUPID play by the Texans. Good grief!
you are right..... none of us see, yet so many on here are trying to say who is good and who is bad. Im saying all of these guys know there stuff.

Both things I said, folks have said at some point. Perhaps you haven't read the comments.

Next, you make a statement about insulting Mahomes.........
I'm actually interested if you could direct me to the posts saying "Mahommes is perfect". I'm not going to entertain your Dak argument because we already know his story.
