Real Bad FleasResting B ... Face
I was answering the question not saying don’t sign Cooper. Huge fan of amari
I thought it was funny, dude. lolSorry he has RBF and it must mean he hates everything. Let him go pls.
I'm not used to it being referred to with initials. lolReally? lol
I hope so. lolI'm pretty sure he was joking.
Miami still plays 3 games a year in the northeast, just as Dallas does. Home games are a wash if you consider Miami weather and we play in a dome.If you make $50,000 per year doing what you like where you like, would you jump at a chance to make $55,000 in a place you don't like with a company you know little about? Cooper already has enough money to live well. I doubt he is going to jump at $20M to go to the Bengals when he could make $18M with the Cowboys. Now Miami might be a different story. I personally would rather make $18M in Dallas than $20M in Miami. But, that is me.
Wow. How often do you something like this from a player?

He did talk about the team and money. He said he really wants to stay with the Cowboys, and it's not all about the money. I think this is being overblown. He simply used the weather as an example of something that influences where a person might want to play that isn't just about the money. I'm sure he's not the only player that has ever preferred a Southern venue over an outdoor venue in the Northeast in the middle of Winter. The NFC East has 3 venues in the elements. Hell, the North only has 2. Is he a weather wussy? Is that why he's not a road warrior?
I would prefer a FA talking about coaching, the players, the team or even the money rather than the environment and weather. Cole Beasley's having a good laugh at that.
That's what I want to know. What the hell lol? That's a reason not to sign him? lol
I'm assuming the guy was joking, but I can't say I'm sure of that. That's what I want to know. What the hell lol?
Here here!It amazes me how often a joke gets missed by people on this board.
I know some come here with an agenda.
Those people try to ruin the board.
Others want to be serious. As if they have all the answers.
That's fine, and at times, very informative.
The posters I enjoy are the people who keep it light-hearted.
It's like we're just having a beer and cracking jokes that have
a little truth in them once in a while.
Pretty informative. Seems like Cooper's being honest about his thought process

“I don’t think it’s all about money,” Cooper said about his offseason options. "... If you’re a highly touted free agent, you’re going to get paid a lot of money no matter where you go. Is it worth it to go somewhere that you probably don’t want to go as far as -- you might be a guy like me who’s from South Florida who’s never played a game in the snow?"
"Is it worth a million dollars more a year or two million dollars more a year, especially if you're taking care of your money investment-wise? Is it worth that to be in an environment that you don't want to be in? Or would you like to stay somewhere in the South? It's not all about money."
