Just me but Dez is good for a min 7-8 TDs on physicality right now IMO.

Besides, like I said in another thread, we can cut him just as fast we sign him.

He can be a major weapon in the red zone
If he could accept his role and take a chill pill he can certainly give you a red zone target if nothing else
If you used him at TE he would be a matchup nightmare and he’s not big but a solid, smart blocker
In some pkgs he could be worth it

I'm game to find out. A tryout and watching his workout at the Star would show that "he's cooked" pretty quickly.

That's what I'm picturing, Dez Bryant as my #4 receiver, doing what he does best when I need him to do it. Nothing more.

Demaryius Thomas is about Bryant's age (1 year older), and had a torn Achilles as well. He put up a scrubtacular 39 YPG in a regular role with the Jets.

And Thomas never quit the league either - ask Zeke how training on your own usually goes. Thomas is probably Dez's best case scenario, and Thomas sucks. It's not out of the question that you could get a late Day 3 rookie or UDFA who has athleticism equivalent to present-day Bryant, with better technique, since Dez's was always trash.

I think he's waaay past that......hell I think he'll damn near play for the Cowboys FREE.

This would be a waste of a roster spot. Lots of young talented WR's coming out of college every year. Use that spot to try and find a late round or FA diamond in the rough.

But look at the coaches he had....the same ones that got the whole team disappearing in games.

This is a different staff that probably won't tolerate that.
