I honestly cant thing of any coach as being part of the Garrett coaching tree. It just sounds weird, perhaps because you have to accomplish something before you get a tree.

Thanks Ive been looking for a board game to play with the fam. Was thinking about doing one of the murder mysteries where they send you a package with clues each month.

Linehan didn’t come up through Garrett though. His career was built before the Cowboys.

As for the LSU job, passing game coordinator is actually a good fit. In his history he has had success with the passing game. O-Coordinator is a different matter. Running a balanced offense has been a problem at times.

Maybe a slope up for a second, but it was all down and it was going down and he should have seen it, but I get paychecks.

Man you took me down a rabbit hole. I started looking into all of his boardgames. He has quite a following. I got into audio books a few years ago for my commute to work. Ive probably gone through a hundred books since then. It makes me look forward to my commute. I don't even trip on the traffic anymore. Was never a big horror genre guy until I started listening to Stephen King. His stuff is so smooth, it just flows and manages to keep readers entertained while describing the most mundane details. I especially like how he concludes his stories, he really knows how to put a bow on it. Its always a bit disappointing to become captivated by a book only to feel short changed in the end. Im going to look into some Lovecraftian books. It seems he has a very twisted mind. That should be right up my alley. Thanks for the reference. I hope to read some of your work one of these days. Eventually you'll tell me. Lol

He had one of the defining qualities of Garrett and his staff. Arrogance. That is how I will remember their regime. "Beat your man," no adjustments necessary. When we did adjust it seemed to be too late and way too far in the opposite direction. Nothing more frustrating than watching a slow to adjust, arrogant team.
