Those guys aren’t even close to being as good as Jones.

If you had to spend money on a Jones or Cooper, based on what they bring to the team, what their contracts will be worth, current depth at the position/ potential to fill their spot in draft or FA who would it be?

For me I am spending money on Jones, because although he doesn't get a ton of INT I think he is a shut down corner, the depth at the position is shaky if he is gone, and ultimately I don't see a CB at 17 or later that I would be thrilled with.

At WR I think we could fill some holes if need be on cheaper contracts/ the draft which is absolutely loaded at WR. Do we need to draft one in the first round I don't think so but if a Lamb or Juedy is in striking distance you make a slight move up or you do the same in the 2nd round for a guy like Aiyuk or maybe even a Shenault.

I think we might have so many holes to fill that it might be a tough off-season with the cap that we have, but If I had to fill one I am taking WR over trying to fill CB without a doubt.

Cooper. He’s a better player, and we’ve seen how he clicks with Dak and how he makes our QB better. He’s a top7/8 WR in the league IMO, and BJ is a top 15ish CB.

It’s an easy decision for me.

So they are going to pay premium dollars to Jones (15 million a year), Dunbar next year ... 14-18 million per year and Collins (10-12,5) per year the rest of his contract? I don’t think they will do that
Dunbar isn't in the same stratosphere as Byron, (he's not really even good), and also requested a trade/release b/c they don't want to pay him.

Man I think we are gonna regret it if we let Jones go. We can sign all 3 of them
