Conditions are right for Haskins to get Rosened. New coaching staff, he didn't light it up at the end of the season...it's possible, plus the draft picks for trading Haskins.

However their picking Young.

It hurts either way.

DE is probably the 2nd most important position on the team and that guy could be a legendary pass rusher in this league.

The Commanders are feigning interest in a QB to see if they can drum up a trade with someone who wants a QB. They are hoping to net a couple of ones, some twos and threes. The Dolphins have 3 1st round picks including #5. The Dolphins need a QB. With rumors that Detroit may go with a QB, maybe the Dolphins give up two of the 1st round picks to take Tua or Burrow.

True that. Kerrigan, Sweat n Young is a problem.

Mikhi Becton or Andrew Thomas. Trent Williams is still beefing with the Skids.

You forget. They still have Dan Snyder as owner.

I doubt the Commanders move down. Why collect draft picks to get more players who are less than franchise players?
Tua, Burrow and Young are franchise players. Unless you're swapping with Detroit, why move out of the two spot and miss out on Tua, Burrow or Young?
No. They're likely staying put and taking Young. For the long-term good of the franchise, they'd take Tua and compete for the division next 12 years. But Tua's injury may scare them off. Besides, Rivera is a defensive coach. He knows what an elite defense can do. And with Wentz, Dak and Daniels in the division, he's going to need to bring the heat on defense.
I don't see Washington trading down or passing on Young.

Kerrigan is about to turn 32 years old had a bad year. Sweat had 2 more QB hits than Michael Bennett in 7 more games.

I don't get why everyone is so terrified of the Commanders, they're barely better than the Giants.

If you aren't 100% sold on Haskins you better draft Tua.

If Tua comes to our division I hope it's as a Cowboy.
Keep beating that drum, Catch.

Tua will never be a Cowboy unless he signs as a free agent in a few years.

Commanders just trying to bait Detroit into trading up for a QB of the future. They would still get Young and add some picks.
Yes, sir. They want the Dolphins to move up to #2 to get Tua rather than #3.

Postering.

If they do not go QB they have to go Young which means they cannot trade down with anyone except Detroit if they move up 1 spot for a QB. Unless someone offers a crazy hall that makes missing out on Young worth it.

Simmons and a bunch of picks wouldn't be too bad for the Skins.

Or Okudah. They definitely need CB's.

 Not sure what you mean here. DL is probably the Skins' strongest position, personnel-wise. If I'm mistaken they have 4-5 1st rounders. This is why they make consider trading down. They could probably trade down and find 2-3 starters at other needed positions. Not to mention, Riveria's D in Carolina produced most of it sacks from the interior ( DT Short was the leader) DL. I'm not saying they shouldn't draft Young ( appears too good to pass up) but they'll likely have to trade or bench one of their former 1st rounders.
