Eagles fan mad at reality.......Truth hurts.

No, just the dimwitted analysis masquerading around as anything more than brain dead fandom gets nauseating.

Carry on...

Dude, just shut up, smh.

Every year the same posts about how the Eagles won’t be good, have too many holes, etc.

All they have done in the last three years is make the playoffs three times and won a SB.

They won the division last year with an injury riddled team. But yeah....... they aren’t that good.

Yeah they still look very beatable in that unit. As a matter of fact.....I don't see how this unit is even that much better than the unit Slay had in Detroit and got torched. He does have a solid defensive line though going for him.

Eagles had limited resources as it is....and they spent them on not much upgrades. They could've did more on offense for Wentz. They have a few holes on the offensive line and receiver. They still have the draft but I would've signed Robby Anderson to that contract if I were them.

Wayyy too much fire power for that defense to handle.

Yeah people giving Howie all this credit......how did he re-sign all of the guys that were bade last year and this time he's having them play different positions for them to be better than they were last year.

Agree, the

Hopefully now with inept coaching gone by the wayside, it can be an advantage instead of a heinderance.

I give until Week 2 for the coaching to be called Inept.
Both sides of the ball, except for Special Teams because there is no way that could get worse.

Edit: Oh my gosh, I am so ready for the NOTHING HAS CHANGED threads!

Absolutely. Frankly, there was no reason to not have won this division last year with all the issues Philly had with injured guys.

But the reality is they are a good franchise. Not unbeatable but good and this annual homerism where people think they kinda suck and won't be as good as us and then they do just fine is getting humorous at this point.

Didn't it truly look like the FO had zero desire to help their HC?
Stevie, in the season where the Kicker was costing entire games, was saying they have no interest in looking for a replacement as Garrett was saying they want to look into a replacement and did eventually get some guys in, but that was weird.
Last year was really strange, from a FO trying to support it's team POV. I'm sure the players felt it too.

I tend to think the salary cap is more of a determining factor in acquiring talent than the value of any draft picks that were used.

When you have to pay a very small group of players almost half of your entire cap it chokes off the ability to sign proven commodities like talented veterans so you then have to depend on the kraps table known as the NFL draft.

Seriously the Cowboys need to use the top two rounds for linemen and linebackers and get their skill olayers through NFL free agency and the middle rounds of the draft.

The Cowboys will never be lucky when it comes to injuries so they need to spread the wealth more evenly to insure talented backups.

Build a defensive line of 1st rounders and get more guys like Dak, Pollard Gallup, etc

That was too weird, almost like Stevie was giving red a little shove out the plane knowing the parachute was not going to open.

Exactly.
I could feel it right when the troubles continued and nobody was even looking into fixing that glaring Kicker problem. Like that is an overly hard position to replace failure. And then the team effort started to collapse right after...
