I read somewhere that he could throw a football faster than Chuck Norris.
I'm sorry, that's just too far. We are now in make believe land.
Hitting 100 mph on gun with football - sure
Stronger than Hercules - I could buy it
Better footwork than the dude from riverdance - can accept that
Stronger arm than Chuck Norris - GET OUT OF HERE!!

On his highlights after 2018 it certainly seemed to be lacking something, but from the clip of his training in February there seems to be a bit more zip in his throws:

Maybe, like Dak, he was previously an arm thrower and now understands how to generate power with the hips ....

More interested in him making correct reads and getting the ball out quickly and on time.

He did that at a high level in college.

He played under center too.

I like everything about this QB except his frame and his arm strength.

He needs to squat a lot and build those chicken legs.

i tried to find the ball velocity for denucci, but could not. however got this from Densa in a comment on BTB:

"Norm Hitzges, a DFW sports radio host said that all of the QB’s in this draft threw the ball between 54-56 MPH except DeNucci. Norm said DeNuccie threw it at 59 MPH."

I see.

So instead of worrying about Dak throwing behind a WR..

we now have to worry about this guy throwing too far ahead and missing.

Nice trade off.

"Its just right.."

Hmmm..

I know im going to get smacked for this, but his delivery & footwork look like Aaron Rodgers.... Also when watching him throw he's using all Arm not really getting legs in to it. that will put some rpm's on the ball once he figures out how to transfer the lower half to the top half.

6'03" 210 not concerned with.

Ben DiNucci – QB – James Madison – Former Pittsburgh quarterback Ben DiNucci has everything you want in a quarterback. He has a good arm strength, is very smart, and from what I heard one of the most dynamic teammates out there. The kid will kill you with his feet too! DiNucci has been given tons of credit from his teammates for the extra work he puts in on and off the field. DiNucci was a beast for JMU last year and I would expect bigger and better things from him this year. He is a 6020 quarterback who can make every NFL throw.

I have read other articles on him that state the same.
