I do agree Dak has very good intangibles and leadership skills. Dak seems to that "IT" factor.

I don't think Dak has awful field vision but often takes the higher percentage throw. Arm talent isn't great vs other elite QBs, but whatever "it" is he overcomes most limitations.

Yeah, the team might not make an average QB into the highest paid player in the league. We don’t that. These is nothing better than than being held hostage by a greedy QB that overvalues himself even though he has never made a serious playoff run. We need to pay the guy that has led the team to fewer wins every season than they had the season before.
