I think it will slightly eclipse Wilson money.
I guess for both sides to be happy how agent will want 1 dollar more than the last. Lol. Even though he said a while back he didn’t feel he deserved more than a SB winning QB...

JJ better do it before mahomes gets his. No team will offer him more or even close to mahomes money but won’t stop his agent..

Shame, all those assuming he'd no show have to think up something else. Who in their right mind thinks he balks on 31.4M to play one year of football? Werder the Weasel tried planting that for one. Just last week.

Some used it to try and trash him and present him as something other that what he is.

Not me... I knew 100% he wasn't holding out. There was no way he was letting Dalton have a chance at exposing him.

Dak is going to win the SB and then Mahomes will be lucky to be getting Dak money. $45-50M.

The tag Dak is signing is worth around $33M. He's getting paid.
Lol... the OP literally states his tag price is 31.4 milly.
Not that I ever expect you to catch onto details...

Can't wait to see how Dak does with a new coaching staff and three stud WRs this season.

It is what it is.

Doesn't sound like a selfish QB to me. I think he wanted to sign it in order to be with the team, learn as much as possible and be ready for the season.

then why didnt he sign the tender before team activities was scheduled to be started back in early april?

Well, does this mean Prescott is back to being a good leader?

Man, some people deep ended this entire epic drama when none of us really knew what was going on. Had this not started last off season, I guess it doesn't get these legs but we really out performed our best on running it into the ground on this one. We'd have to combine Elliott and Lawrence to match this one.
He's been a good leader since he walked into the Cowboys facilities as a 4th round draft pick.

Jerry needs to tell Dak to look forward to that franchise tag next year if he wants to keep that agent of his.

Makes sense and, imo, expected.

With the uncertainty of this upcoming season and potential short term cap ramifications, the downside is now limited if he signs that tag.

Now, both sides are covered and can continue to negotiate for a few more weeks if they wish.
