I agree, let Griffen start with 00 and for every impact play (TFL, sack, FF, FR, PD, INT) he can go up one number each week.

Do you guys think the Rams will trade is Taylor Rapp for Trysten Hill? Or the Chiefs will trade Juan Thornhill? That would free up 97.

How do we know Griffen even wants 97?

If he said so I missed it.

Sometimes players want a new # with a fresh start on a new team.

I'm sure either this will be the case, Griffen will buy 97, or Hill will give it up when asked.

People seem so POed at Hill they make it as if he is causing a problem by having the number. It won't be.
