Hill changed numbers before. He may do so again voluntarily.
I remember, and think it may have been in the 90's. A FA came in and that FA offered and paid another player to switch so he could have his number. I can't remember who though.

I'm hearing Trystena has had a great offseason. He cut down his daily donut intake to six (donut holes excluded) and is down to only two mini-naps a day (weekdays only). The man is on a mission to prove his doubters and make papa marinelli proud.

Why don't we just trade Hill to the Raiders so Rod Marinelli can reunite with his pet project??

Give Griffen his #97 and let Hill have whatever number is still left out there, like 64.
