The o line as a whole stunk if up on Sunday. Im staying confident on connor. He looks bigger and stronger at times this year, but looked like he was a D3 prospect going up against donald.

I expect him to play better this week, if not we can talk about how terrible he is.

Dunno if I agree about regressing either.

2018 it was obvious he struggled with guys who could out muscle him.
2019 he did look better overall, but still a work in progress.
2020 Donald stole everyones lunch money. TBD how he will fare this year.

He might be a 5 year project and this is only year 3. However, we'll see how much patience McCarthy has. He might just decide to end the Conner Experiment for both Williams and McGovern.

It's a double whammy. Not only does he look out of position but he's had 4 knee operations in the last 3 years........ (out of place + injury prone = is he really are long term starter ??)

He's average at best. But it doesn't help when Donald was bullying 3 linemen at once.

Just another one of Jerry's projects of selecting an injury prone player. In every case where we have have selected a guy who was hurt the claim is always we are getting great value - but where is it? It certainly isn't on the field if you look at Jaylon, LVE and Connor Williams.

Didn’t even notice him in the game honestly. From what I watched zeke ran so well I didn’t have any problem with the Oline. I kept thinking when is our high powered WR core going to show up though...

That’s a lie his poor play brought down Tyrone Smith & Fredricks ability go play at elite level since they had to baby sit weak Connor.

I haven't rewatched the game but I'm going to be interested in how Conner Williams actually grades out. That's the best Defensive player in the League right there and that's by a fairly wide margin. Donald basically ruined Martin as well. Are we gonna say that Martin sucks now? The Rams move Donald all over the DL. He lined up at every position along the DL and nobody handled him.

I'll throw this out, I don't think it helped that Skip Bayless pointed out that Donald was ineffective against the Cowboys virtually every time he played us, over and over for several weeks. I will also point out that in an interview with Brockers, he pointed out that he had been watching the Cowboys Practices via Youtube and had learned a lot about what we do. How does that work right?

Aaron Donald was ragdolling everyone in the game. Even Zack Martin. Williams wasn't great, but he had company. Like three other guys. Tyron Smith was solid.
