i would prefer lambo not be used as a pr. at least not until the playoffs when it's win or go home.
He hasn't heard of that one either.Do you live in a barn.
what if he gets injured and lost for the year lessening our chances for the playoffs. your point is probably as good as mine, but i tend to err on the side of safety. But what if he returns a punt for the winning score that gets us to the playoffs?
If it was someone else, they may be not going at all.
when i was a kid it was "were you born in a barn"? more about leaving the door open.Do you live in a barn.
Ya,, chickens get outwhen i was a kid it was "were you born in a barn"? more about leaving the door open.
What if he gets hung out to dry on in breaking route. Until he is #1 or #2 WR the team is trying to get him as many touches as possible within the flow of the game.what if he gets injured and lost for the year lessening our chances for the playoffs. your point is probably as good as mine, but i tend to err on the side of safety.
That's my point. There's enough risk just playing wr without adding the risk of punt returns. There is no right or wrong answer. Just opinions. What if he gets hung out to dry on in breaking route. Until he is #1 or #2 WR the team is trying to get him as many touches as possible within the flow of the game.
Exactly what I'm saying. I'm a fan of Patrick "Fair-Catch" Crayton. That's what I named him because he was the king of the Fair-Catch. But a Fair Catch is perfect... no block in the back.. no injuries... perfect.. Teams that rely on punt returns to help them win football games.. are garbage teams to begin with. Maybe Dallas is that this year.. but next year.. I better not see CeeDee on Special Teams or I'm calling Stephen Jones!Sure let's dedicate a roster spot to a return guy who offers nothing to the team. It's not like he's the one wr on the roster. Let the kid do it.
